Congresswoman Mary Miller Announces her Assignment to the House Committee on Education and the Workforce

WASHINGTON - Congresswoman Mary Miller (R-IL) released the following statement announcing her assignment to the House Committee on Education and the Workforce:
"I am honored to announce that I have been selected to serve a second term on the House Committee on Education and the Workforce led by Dr. Virginia Foxx. I look forward to providing vigorous oversight of Biden's radical Department of Education, which is violating Title IX protections for our daughters by forcing men into girls’ sports and girls’ locker rooms. I will also hold the Department of Labor accountable for attempting to fire 84 million Americans with their illegal and unconstitutional COVID vaccine mandate.
Standing up for parental rights has been one of my top priorities in Congress, especially at a time when radical leftists are trying to indoctrinate children in the classroom. The Biden Administration treated parents who showed up to school board meetings like domestic terrorists, and Biden’s COVID mandates did permanent damage to small businesses and the educational potential of our students. I look forward to getting to work on this important committee.”
Additionally, Congresswoman Miller previously announced that she will serve on the House Committee on Agriculture.
