Tours and Tickets

Thank you for your interest in reserving a tour of the Capitol and/or White House through the Office of Congresswoman Mary Miller.

White House:

We are pleased to announce the resumption of public tours of the White House. President Trump has extended the White House visiting hours from the previous Biden Administration, increasing the opportunity for Americans to tour this iconic and historic home.

Visiting hours will be Tuesdays-Thursdays between 7:30 AM and 11:30 AM and Fridays and Saturdays between 7:30 AM and 1:30PM.

To request a White House tour, email MaryMillerTours@mail.house.gov as least 2 months in advance. For your request to be considered, please provide the name of each member of your group, your home address in Illinois, phone number, and three possible dates that you're available for a tour (full days in D.C., not including travel days).

Once you have requested a tour through our office, you will be contacted by the White House Visitor Center via email. Their email will provide you with a registration link where you must RSVP and submit personal security information for each person in your tour group. The RSVP link must be completed in order for your tour to be processed and approved. The RSVP link will expire exactly 72 hours from the time the email is sent from the White House Visitor Center, if it is not submitted by that time, then your request will become invalid and will not be processed.

Once you RSVP your tour group on the White House Visitor Center website, your tour will be pending approval until approximately two weeks before your requested tour date. If you do not hear from the White House once you enter your two-week window, please call our Washington, D.C. office at (202) 225-5271 and we will check in on your tour status.

Please note that due to the high volume of requests, not all tour bookings will be approved. The White House also may very well cancel approved and confirmed tour groups, given that the schedule of the President of the United States is subject to change at any moment. Because of these inconveniences, we do not recommend planning your trip to Washington around the possibility of a White house tour.

US Capitol:

Tours of the US Capitol are available Monday-Friday. To request a tour through our office, please email marymillertours@mail.house.gov. For your request to be considered, please provide the name of each member of your group, your address in Illinois, phone number, and the dates that you're available for a tour (full days in D.C., not including travel days).

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give our Washington, D.C. office a call.
