Rep. Miller Issues Statement on Biden WOTUS Ruling

Oakland, Ill. - Congresswoman Mary Miller (IL-15) issued the following statement on the new Biden WOTUS Ruling that puts American Farmers last:

"I join my fellow farmers and those in the agriculture industry in sharing our deep disappointment with the new Biden WOTUS rule that puts American Farmers last. Last year, I introduced the Define WOTUS Act in Congress to prevent President Biden’s radical cabinet secretaries from telling farmers and ranchers how to use and regulate their own land. We can look forward to House Republicans taking back the majority in 4 days, at which point we will stop the EPA from their reckless and unconstitutional attacks on the family farm."
