WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congresswoman Mary Miller (IL-15) sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon calling attention to a clear violation of Title IX that occurred at the Naperville Community Unit School District 203 in which the school district allowed a biological male to participate in a female-only athletic competition.
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congresswoman Mary Miller (IL-15) introduced the SAFE Home Act. This legislation would prohibit agencies that receive federal funding for adoption and foster care from delaying or stopping a child’s placement because the parent wants to raise the child according to their biological sex. Senators Jim Banks (R-Ind.) and Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) are leading the Bill in the Senate.
