WASHINGTON - Congresswoman Mary Miller (R-IL) announced that Carmi White County High School student wins the annual Congressional Art Competition. 

Gage Atteberry of Carmi, Illinois won first place with his piece titled, "Petrification". The artwork is a self portrait reimagined as a statue that includes original poetry by the artist.
